When I began writing this book almost 20 years ago, I didn't think much about the eventual marketing or sales of it.  I'm not a salesman, believe me.  Now that it's been published and I've struggled with how best to proceed, my son reminded me that writing the book didn't begin as a money-making venture, but as a way to spread a message.  With that in mind, the book is on this website in it's entirety- no login, no password, no cost.  If you believe the book is worth sharing, please direct people to it.  If you decide at some point that you'd like a paperback copy of the book, it can be ordered online at most of the .coms including Amazon, Target, Barnes and Noble, and others.
