Could very well disturb
The natural balance nature holds.
An eagle fearing peer rejection
Probably would fly
With inhibition,
Wanting not to fall
Nor soar too high.

If eagles thought and moralized
And feared the loss of love like us
They'd lose their wonder.
They'd fly less freely.
And they'd rarely soar.
